Your appointment at the San Francisco Writers Conference was not canceled.

If you need help making or changing appointments, volunteers will be in Bayview Lobby A at the Hyatt from noon to 5 pm on Thursday at the Conference to help attendees book their first of each type of appointment.

After 5 pm, we will open up all the extra appointments on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have not made your first appointments by then, they are no longer guaranteed.

If you did not get an appointment you really want, you may request to stand by for it in the Pacific Lobby.

Please arrive in the Pacific Lobby between five and ten minutes before Pitch and Consultation appointments to check-in. If you are late, a stand-by may fill your space.

For Concierge and Photographer appointments, meet them at their table in the Seacliff Lobby at the designated time.
