Support or Create a Scholarship to the SFWC
You can help talented writers in specific genres, students exploring writing as a career choice, or disadvantaged writers attend the San Francisco Writers Conference. How?
#1. You can be the benefactor of a scholarship in YOUR NAME for just $1,000. Name the scholarship for yourself, a loved one or as a memorial. Make a difference for a young, disadvantaged or minority writer. Receive recognition from the stage when scholarship sponsors and winners are recognized at the SFWC event. Please contact Laurie McLean (650) 291-4752 or [email protected] for details on creating a named scholarship.
#2. Donate any amount to the general SFWC Scholarship Fund. Consider contributing any amount to the fund by check or even a credit card. As little as $1 will help. (It all adds up and it may be a nice tax deduction for you!)
