Visit the Attendee Panel to view or make changes to existing appointments.

Need help? Volunteers will be in Bayview Lobby A from noon to 5 pm on Thursday and during regular operating hours to assist you.

When can you book additional agent appointments?

After 5 pm Thursday we will open up all the extra appointments on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have not made your first appointments by then, they are no longer guaranteed.

If you did not get an appointment you really want, you may request to stand by for it in the Pacific Lobby.

When to arrive

Please arrive in the Pacific Lobby between five and ten minutes before pitch and consultation appointments to check-in. If you are late, a stand-by may fill your space.

For Concierge and Photographer appointments, meet them at their table in the Seacliff Lobby at the designated time.
